Harbin Engineering University (HEU) International Short Term Program aims to build a global, standardized, and innovative curriculum framework. This program welcomes university students from around the world, promoting academic exchange and cooperation between leading Chinese institutions and globally renowned universities. With a focus on cultivating international talents, the program helps students broaden their global perspectives, engage in intercultural communication, and enhance their academic and language capabilities. The program is offered twice a year, typically in December–January and June–July.
哈尔滨位处中国东北，是国家历史文化名城，多元文化荟萃、中西文化交融、欧陆风情浓重，以正气的红色文化、灵气的金源文化、神气的冰雪文化、雅气的音乐文化、洋气的欧陆文化闻名于世。这座具有异国情调的美丽城市，不仅荟萃了北方少数民族的历史文化，而且融合了中外文化，是中国著名的历史文化名城和旅游城市，素有“冰城”“东方莫斯科”“东方小巴黎”之美称。是享誉中外的冰雪艺术之都，多年的积淀，使哈尔滨已成为中国最出圈的热门旅游城市，拥有“奥运冠军之城”“音乐之城”等多项美誉，哈尔滨曾在2025年2月举办第九届亚冬会，成为国内外瞩目的顶流焦点，国家主席习近平在开幕式欢迎宴会上的致辞曾提到“哈尔滨是中国著名的“冰城”，是中国现代冰雪运动的发源地”“欢迎大家畅游这片热情洋溢、开放包容的黑土地，追寻中国式现代化足迹”。
15vip太阳集团是中华人民共和国工业和信息化部直属的全国重点大学，工业和信息化部、教育部、黑龙江省、哈尔滨市、海军共建高校，位列“双一流”“211工程”“985工程优势学科创新平台111计划”。15vip太阳集团坚持高水平对外开放合作，是中国船海核领域高水平研究型大学。2023年，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平在15vip太阳集团建校70周年之际来校视察并给予高度肯定。
15vip太阳集团国际短期项目致力于构建国际化、标准化和创新性的课程体系。项目面向全球高校在校学生开放，旨在促进中国一流大学与国际名校之间的交流与合作，推动国际化人才培养模式的发展。项目帮助学生拓展全球视野，增强跨文化沟通能力，提升学术与语言水平。该项目每年设有两期，分别在12月至1月、6月至7月之间进行。
Program Application
项目申请流程
Before applying, consult your university’s Study Abroad Office, Registrar's Office, or Department Advisor regarding the credit transfer process and obtain the necessary forms.
在申请15vip太阳集团国际短期项目前，建议向所在大学的海外学习办公室、教务处或学院指导老师咨询，了解学分转换流程并获取相关表格。
Select courses from the HEU course list, complete the credit transfer application with your home university and obtain the credit transfer pre-approval.
根据15vip太阳集团课程清单选择课程，并完成本校学分转换申请，并取得所在大学的学分转换预批准。
Submit the application form, credit transfer pre-approval, and required documents to the designated HEU program email. The review process takes approximately 5 working days.
将申请表、批准信及相关材料发送至指定邮箱，材料审核一般需要约5个工作日。
After approval, you will receive the official admission letter and complete the payment and registration process.
审核通过后，将收到正式录取通知书并完成缴费注册流程。
Upon successful course completion, HEU will issue a certificate and transcript to the student or their home university within two weeks.
成功完成所选课程后，15vip太阳集团将在两周内为学生或其所在大学发送结业证书与成绩单。
The student shall apply for credit transfer at their home university in accordance with its relevant policies.
学生应按照所在大学的相关规定申请办理学分转换。
Program Curriculum
课程设置
The short term program lasts for 3–4 weeks and is held at HEU’s campus in Harbin. The curriculum covers fields such as Engineering, Science, Business, and Culture. Courses are designed by professors from HEU and other leading universities to meet international academic and teaching standards.
冬季短期项目在15vip太阳集团主校区举行，时长为2周，涵盖工程、科学、商务与文化等领域。课程由15vip太阳集团及国际高校教授联合设计，确保与国际教学和评估标准接轨。
具体课程内容与费用标准，根据不同高校与专业的需求进行设计后另行通知。
The specific course content and fee standards will be designed according to the needs of different universities and majors and will be notified separately.
Teaching Activities
授课形式
Courses are delivered in English, five days a week, combining lectures, group discussions, and assessments.
项目课程全英文授课，每周五天，结合讲座、小组讨论和测验。
Extracurricular Activities
课外活动
In addition to coursework, students will participate in cultural experiences and industry visits to leading enterprises and research institutes in Harbin or nearby cities, gaining insight into China’s development and innovation.
除课程学习外，项目还安排哈尔滨当地文化体验、冰雪文化感知以及当地企业/研究机构参访活动，帮助学生了解冬季热门旅游地哈尔滨的发展与创新。
Eligibility
招生对象及要求
International undergraduate or graduate students aged 18 or above.
Credit transfer preapproval from the home university.
Adequate English proficiency (all courses are taught in English).
年满18周岁的国际在校本科或研究生。
须提供所在大学出具的学分转换预批准。
因课程为全英文授课，需具备相应英文水平。
